FILLINGS
The outer shell of the cup is designed from high melt chocolate coatings and the centers range from items such as peanut butter, caramels, fudges, and a variety of fruit based centers.
SHAPES
Gertrude Hawk Ingredients, Co. has designed a variety of shapes and sizes for inclusions into baked goods. Proprietary shapes can be designed for tie-ins to trendy characters from films and television as well as sports-related items.
SIZES
Sizes range from 350 pieces per pound (mini), 700 pieces per pound (micro) and 1,100 pieces per pound (nano) in the standard cup shape. All sizes can be solid or have flavored centers.

SHIPPING
Bakeables bag in box cartons with 30-pound net weight, 64 cartons per 1,920-pound pallet. A pallet block is 16 cartons per layer, 4 cartons high, measuring 48 x 40 x 48.
STORAGE
The optimal shelf life of inclusions is six months when stored under normal storage conditions between 50 and 60 degrees Fahrenheit and relative humidity between 50 and 55%. Do not store near heat and avoid temperature cycling. Inclusions can be used up to 24 months from manufacturing date if product is stored under frozen conditions.
HANDLING
When mixing into dough, use the least amount of mixing necessary to insure even product distribution. Inclusions may begin to physically degrade during mixing at temperatures greater than 90 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake temperatures for final product are optimum in the 350 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit range. Product should be fully cooled before packaging.
